    What do I need to get started?

    Just your phone. The box has the printer, the yellow paper tray, the power adapter, the phone connector, two ink cartridges and 10 photo sheets, so you can print right out of the box.

    Will it work with my phone?

    Yes. iPhone and Android both work: set your phone on the dock with the included connector, or pair by Bluetooth. If it doesn't work with your phone, send it back within 30 days for a full refund.

    Can I print without putting my phone on the dock?

    Yes. Pair the printer by Bluetooth and print from anywhere in the room, no cable needed.

    Do I need a computer?

    No. Everything happens between your phone and the printer.

    What size are the photos?

    Real 4x6 inch photos, the classic size for frames and albums, plus three smaller sizes you choose in the app.

    Will the photos smudge?

    No. Every print gets a laminated finish that protects it from smudges, fingerprints and water drops.

    What happens when I run out of sheets?

    Spare ink cartridges and photo sheets are always available in our store. Each cartridge prints up to 30 photos.

    Can I return it?

    Yes, within 30 days of delivery for any reason. Write to us and we'll send the return label.
